How to Book a Trolley
Reserving your Grand Rapids trolley is easy. Whether you are planning a wedding, a party, a corporate event or a sightseeing tour, here is exactly what happens from the moment you reach out to the day you ride.
How the Booking Process Works
- Check availability. Tell us your date and event details by requesting availability online, or give us a call — we will let you know right away if your trolley is free.
- Review your contract. Once we confirm your date, we send you a contract that clearly lists all charges and the gratuity for your drivers.
- Make your final payment. Final payment is due 15 days before your event, and your reservation is locked in.
- Enjoy your ride. Arrive on time, relax and celebrate — your professional driver will take care of the rest from pickup to drop-off.
What to Have Ready
Event Date
The date of your wedding, party, corporate event or tour — and a backup date if your first choice is taken.
Start & End Times
When you would like to be picked up and when the trolley should be back, so we can block your time correctly.
Pickup & Drop-off Locations
The address where the trolley will start and every stop along the way, including your final destination.
Number of Passengers
How many guests will be riding, so we can match you with the right trolley for your group size.
Type of Event
A quick note about the occasion — wedding, birthday, corporate outing, sightseeing tour — so we can help you plan the perfect day.
Good to Know
- A gratuity for your drivers is added to your contract, so your tip is taken care of when you sign.
- Passengers of legal drinking age in Michigan may bring their own alcohol aboard the trolley.
- To keep the ride fresh and comfortable, smoking is not allowed on any of our vehicles.
- Final payment is due 15 days before your event — we will remind you before that date arrives.
